Job DescriptionThe ICT Product Development Head is responsible for leading and overseeing the strategic development, launch, and lifecycle management of products and services across the organization's ICT portfolio, specifically focusing on the Cyber Security/ Cloud/BAS department. This role involves defining the product vision, aligning it with organizational goals, and driving innovation in response to evolving market demands. The ICT Product Development Head will lead cross-functional teams to ensure technical excellence, strategic alignment, and competitive positioning, ensuring that each product segment within these departments is developed and launched efficiently.

Additionally, this role will maintain strong partner relationships, manage the entire product lifecycle, ensure compliance with industry standards, and deliver high-impact products that meet customer needs while driving business growth. Duties And ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipVision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision across the ICT product portfolio, with specific focus on Cyber Security/ Cloud/BAS ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market needs.

Roadmap Development: Lead the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive product development roadmap for the ICT portfolio, ensuring that each department's goals (Cyber Security, Cloud, BAS) are strategically aligned and executed in collaboration with internal teams and key partners. Long-Term Planning: Monitor and anticipate industry trends, technologies, and customer demands, ensuring the ICT product portfolio remains competitive, innovative, and responsive to changing market dynamics. Product Lifecycle & Development OversightLifecycle Management: Oversee the full product lifecycle across the Cyber Security, Cloud, and BAS domains, from ideation and development to deployment, optimization, and eventual retirement.

Product Design & Innovation: Champion the development of innovative products by integrating new technologies, market insights, and customer feedback within the Cyber Security/ Cloud/BAS area

Development Process Leadership: Ensure that all product development processes across these departments are structured, efficient, and aligned with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet technical specifications, compliance standards, and customer expectations for the scoped department (Cyber Security, Cloud, or BAS). Market & Competitive AnalysisMarket Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis specific to Cyber Security/Cloud/BAS products to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings, ensuring that products are developed with a clear market advantage.

Competitive Positioning: Oversee competitive analysis for each department (Cyber Security, Cloud, BAS), ensuring that product offerings are differentiated in the market with compelling value propositions. Innovation & Differentiation: Foster innovation within each of the scoped departments, ensuring that products meet customer expectations and differentiate themselves through technology and market positioning. Partner & Stakeholder ManagementStrategic Partnerships: Build and manage strategic relationships with key partners across the Cyber Security/Cloud/BAS areas to enhance product capabilities and expand market opportunities.

Collaborative Development: Facilitate co-development initiatives and integration of partner technologies, ensuring successful collaboration and alignment with product objectives. Cross-Functional Alignment: Align product goals with key business units including engineering, sales, marketing, and operations, ensuring effective execution across departments. Project & Resource ManagementResource Allocation: Ensure effective allocation of resources for ICT product development, balancing priorities across Cyber Security, Cloud, and BAS.Execution Oversight: Oversee product development projects across the Cyber Security, Cloud, and BAS team,s ensuring clear project timelines, resource allocation, and adherence to milestones.

Resource Allocation: Ensure effective allocation of resources for ICT product development, balancing priorities across Cyber Security, Cloud, and BAS.Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage risks related to product development, partner relationships, and market entry, proposing mitigation strategies as needed. Compliance, Standards, and Regulatory OversightCompliance & Certification: Ensure that products developed within Cyber Security, Cloud, and BAS meet all required certifications, industry standards, and regulatory compliance mandates. Industry Standards: Maintain awareness and adherence to evolving industry standards, security protocols, and technological best practices for each of the scoped departments.

Team Leadership & DevelopmentMentorship: Lead and mentor product development teams across Cyber Security/Cloud/BAS , fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance. Resource Development: Oversee talent development within the product development teams, ensuring that skills and knowledge are aligned with the latest technological trends and business objectives. Continuous Improvement & OptimizationReview & Update: Regularly review and update product offerings within Cyber Security, Cloud, and BAS to reflect changes in technology, customer needs, and organizational strategy.

Process Optimization: Drive improvements in product development processes, ensuring operational efficiency and agility across the scoped departments. Requirements10 years proven experience in product development, preferably in within the ICT / Telco industry. Proven experience in product management, preferably in ICT / Telco.

Proven track record of providing new and innovative solutions to enhance product lines;Deep understanding of customer needs and behavior in the ICT space. Experience leveraging customer insights to drive product development and enhance user experience. Familiarity with research administration is a plus.

Knowledge of advanced principles of Product Lifecycle Management, business management, marketing and project management

Familiarity with one or more the following industry framework: ITIL, TMFORUM Frameworx, COBIT, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, IFRS 15, IFRS 16Ability to conduct market analysis and translate insights into actionable strategies

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Bachelor's Degree in any related field
