About Us
Role Summary The Sales Operations Support role will primarily run the Deal Registration desk. This involves managing incoming requests, communicating clearly and efficiently with stakeholders at all levels, approving or rejecting Deal Registrations based on a comprehensive set of rules, and using judgment or seeking advice in unclear situations.   This incumbent will be reporting to the Team Lead, Sales Operations.  What You Will Do
  • Receive and process incoming Deal Registrations on time
  • Cross-reference CRM information with Deal Registration requests
  • Create Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities within the CRM (if required)
  • Communicate politely and clearly to Sales stakeholders at all levels
  • Provide support and guidance with sales enquiries around Deal Registrations
  • Work effectively within a small team as well as independently
  • Look up and update CRM information
  • Assist in other tasks as required
What You Will Bring
  • Strong and confident communication skills – written and verbal
  • Good MS Office skills or similar package
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar (desired but not essential)
  • Can follow rules and processes promptly
  • Good organization skills
  • Learning mindset
  • Ability to switch between tasks
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to travel to the Abingdon office for team events/get togethers as needed
