  • Keep records of changes and ensure the right version is used.Help upload the final price cards to the production system.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any related field
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the BPO/Call Center industry
  • Advanced MS Excel skills in reporting (proficient in Excel formulas/functions, Pivot, Data Validation, Macros and the like).
  • Customer service advocate and client-focused outlook
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
