Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (required)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent (preferred)
  • Experience in a General Contractor or Client side is a plus
  • Additional certifications in project management or electrical safety (a plus)
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in large-scale commercial or mixed-use developments
  • Proven track record managing electrical design, coordination, installation, and commissioning on complex projects
  • Proficient in electrical design software (AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, Dialux, etc.)
  • In-depth understanding of power distribution, lighting, backup systems, grounding, fire alarm, ELV/ICT, and energy-efficient systems
  • Familiarity with electrical systems specific to aquatic environments (e.g., underwater lighting, motor control for pumps, corrosion-resistant materials)
  • Experienced in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams including civil, structural, mechanical, and architectural disciplines
  • Able to review and prepare technical submittals, shop drawings, BOQs, and tender documentation
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities across project phases
