  • designs and conducts seminars/sessions for teachers on topics that will help them care for psychosocial development and well-being of students.
  • assists class teacher in guiding students towards character building (i.e. provides videos, articles, and other resources).
  • provides feedback to teachers and refers cases to counselors regarding students' needs.
  • serves as contributor to the CDC Newsletter.

In Parent Formation: Supports the parents in the psychosocial development and well-being of their children.

  • assists in parent formation programs that will help them care for the psychosocial development and well-being of their children.
  • involves the parents in deepening lessons learned in formation classes through the parent information sheet.
  • conducts interviews of incoming Grade 1 parents that introduce the school's mission-vision and core values.

Others

  • collaborates with the counselors in planning and administering of surveys/ questionnaires in aid of research.
  • provides pertinent student data to school administrators for purposes of curriculum development.
  • collaborates with institutions/organizations/resource persons inside and outside the university.
  • assists in Grade 1 entrance test.
  • submits year-end reports.
