 JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack and Programmer responsible for managing both the back end and Front-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. In this role, you will guide and mentor your team, ensuring best practices are followed and projects are delivered efficiently. Proven experience as a Senior Developer, strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies, and experience with API development and integration are essential. Competence in front-end technologies, particularly , is required, along with familiarity and experience with Agile methodologies.
 ROLES.
  1. Design, code, test, and debug software systems under the direction of the project manager or team leader.
  2. Develop applications per detailed specifications using specified programming languages, tools, and techniques.
  3. Deliver unit-tested systems timely that meet specification functionality requirements
  4. Troubleshoot technical problems.
  5. Provide technical support on developed systems.
  6. Research new developments in hardware and software. Keep abreast of latest developments regarding effective procedures, methods, and tools in software development and testing.
  7. Work with team members to define detailed specifications for specific system and sub-system functionality requirements.
  8. Participate in client meetings and understand business needs driving technology.
REQUIREMENTS
  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or related area.
  2. At least 5 years of relevant work experience including handling a team
  3. Knowledgeable in , , and other Javascript frameworks.
  4. Experience or training in MVC, REST, OOP, RDBMS, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, VueJs, CSS.
  5. Knowledgeable in other agile methodologies
  6. Understanding of MVC design patterns.
  7. Experience preferred working with Laravel Framework, MY SQL.
  8. Experience in systems development techniques and methodologies (data modeling, entity relationship diagramming and functional decomposition) are preferred.
  9. Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP.
  10. Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds.
  11. Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
  12. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
  13. Experience with AWS, or cloud technologies is a plus.
  14. Ability to multi-task, and be mindful of deadlines.
  15. Self-motivated and ability to remain focused on assigned projects.
