Job Expectations:

  • Employment Type: Full-Time (1 Permanent / 1 Project-based)
  • Base Salary: Php 120,000 - Php 150,000
  • Work Setup & Location: Hybrid (4x onsite/1 day WFH) - Eastwood, Quezon City
  • Work Schedule: Mondays - Fridays, day shift
  • Industry: Offshore Outsourcing Services

The Senior Developer will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, designing, developing, and maintaining the company's in-house custom-built ERP and having it integrated with selected applications such as FreshService and HubSpot, among others including data processing solutions using various technologies to support the solutions planned upgrade.

  • Maintain a current understanding of all systems and features supported by the company and the Software Development team to maximize the benefits of the technology to the business.
  • Participate in the direction and enhancement of supported Business applications, automation technologies, and services.
  • Provide general maintenance of Business applications and automation technologies including archiving, restoration, and service deactivation.
  • Provide 3rd-level escalation for production support issues and customer concerns.
  • Provide technical assistance and automation solutions in the development of ERP and other automation requirements.
  • Perform pre and post-implementation reviews.
  • Follow prescribed SDLC & DevOps processes as well as comply with security best practices & policies.
  • Analyze operational results of supported applications to proactively seek opportunities for improvement in performance and make recommendations to management.
  • Recommend, design, and develop training courses to improve teams' overall technical competency.
  • Evaluate new technologies and trends.
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to junior staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
  • Proficiency in Web & Cloud Development(React, Node JS, Express JS)
  • Experienced in building systems from the ground up; from scratch
  • Proficiency in Data Access and Databases (Microservices, REST APIs, Postgres, AWS Glue)
  • Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
    • Scrum, Agile Methodology
    • DevOps
    • Ci/CD
  • Proficiency in IT Infrastructure concepts and technologies (Docker and Kubernetes, AWS Cloud Iaas & Paas e.g. RDS, S3, RabbitMQ)
  • Proficiency in data development and ETL solutions
  • Proficiency in development tools and IDEs (VS Code, GitLab)
  • Knowledgeable of Software Design and Architecture
  • Experience in designing REST API resource model
  • 3rd party API integration
  • Enterprise project experience
  • SQL scripting
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Can start immediately if possible
