About the role

Auxilia Inc. is looking for an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional non-voice customer service to our valued clients. Based in our office in Santa Ana, Manila City Metro Manila, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other non-voice channels
  • Providing accurate and timely information to address customer needs
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Proven experience in a non-voice customer service role, preferably in a call centre or contact centre environment
  • Familiarity with the call centre and customer service industry, with an understanding of relevant regulations and best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities
