Industrial Engineering Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Planning and Expansion team by conducting data analysis, feasibility studies, and process evaluations. The role ensures that expansion projects, capacity planning, and resource utilization are aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for new projects, expansions, and process improvements.
  • Analyze operational data to support decision-making in capacity planning, manpower forecasting, and facility expansion.
  • Develop layout plans, workflow improvements, and productivity optimization for new or existing sites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, HR, Finance) to gather requirements for expansion projects.
  • Prepare technical and financial reports, project proposals, and recommendations for management approval.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth implementation of expansion initiatives.
  • Recommend process automation and digital solutions to improve efficiency in planning and expansion activities.
  • Conduct time-and-motion studies and standardize work processes as part of capacity and productivity planning.
  • Support sustainability and compliance requirements in all planning and expansion projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in planning, process improvement, or project management (fresh graduates may also be considered).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Powe BI, and other planning/IE tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
