We're Hiring: Accounting Supervisor

Location: Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu

Company: Clasen Business Solutions Inc.

Clasen Business Solutions Inc., a trusted provider of business solutions and accounting systems in the Philippines, is looking for a highly skilled Accounting Supervisor to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and handle tax-related matters.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
  • Monitor internal controls and recommend process improvements.
  • Guide and mentor accounting staff

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of accounting experience, with supervisory exposure preferred.
  • Strong analytical capacity and keen attention to detail.
  • Proven BIR compliance experience (tax filing, returns, reports).
  • Proficiency in accounting systems/software (knowledge of Sage/AccountingSuite is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
