Virtual Assistant
to support our founder and team with daily operations.

The Role

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once. This role will work closely with our Founder, Jewel, and the wider team to keep projects and communications running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inboxes and draft/respond to emails on behalf of the team and Founder
  • Assist with diary and calendar management, including booking meetings and organising schedules
  • Coordinate client tasks, follow-ups, and general admin support
  • Prepare and organise documents, shoot plans, and task lists
  • Support the team with back-end processes to keep projects running seamlessly
  • Provide additional assistance for ad hoc tasks as needed

About You

  • Highly organised, hyper-focused, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Great written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proactive and resourceful — you don't just wait to be told, you make things happen
  • Comfortable working independently but collaborative with a remote team
  • Previous VA, admin, or executive assistant experience preferred
  • Bonus: A background or interest in the social media/creative industry, with a good eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Extra bonus: experience with google suite, notion, slack and Cap Cut
