Graphic Designer

Position Overview

This position works in conjunction with the National Business Development and Marketing Team to maintain and continuously improve by playing a pivotal role in shaping and elevating our visual identity and promoting our brand, culture, and expertise to target audiences. You will transform complex engineering concepts into accessible, engaging visuals that communicate our expertise and strengthen our brand equity across digital and print platforms. This is a unique opportunity to build foundational design systems and brand standards that will define how our firm is seen in the marketplace.

Primary Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain brand identity systems through visual standards, templates, and brand guidelines that ensure consistency across all internal and external communications.

· Design engaging content for digital channels including social media, email campaigns, and the company website, translating technical information into visually compelling narratives.

· Create print and collateral materials such as brochures, proposals, presentations, infographics, and signage that align with brand standards and business development goals.

· Produce and edit multimedia content including short videos, motion graphics, and animations to support marketing, recruitment, and thought leadership initiatives.

· Collaborate with engineers, marketers, and leadership to interpret complex project information and turn it into accessible, client-facing visuals that tell the story of our impact.

· Ensure brand equity preservation by monitoring design quality and applying consistent visual language that reinforces credibility, professionalism, and innovation.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, on brand, and aligned with strategic objectives.

· Maintain and update the firm's marketing collateral as needed using internal project management programs.

· Contribute to the development of marketing content and communication needs while upholding the firm's brand standards.

· Conduct market and content research as required.

· Actively engage with other members of the company, continuously striving to improve processes, create efficiencies, and reduce costs.

· Cooperatively take on other duties or responsibilities including acting as a back-up resource for other marketing team members as needed.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

· years of professional design experience, preferably in B2B, professional services, or technical industries (engineering, architecture, construction, or technology).

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office programs.

· Proven experience developing digital and print content that balances technical accuracy with creative storytelling.

· Strong understanding of brand systems, design strategy, and visual identity management.

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.

· Proficient in written and verbal communication skills.

· Demonstrate proactive initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects under tight timelines.

· Experience or familiarity working within a virtual team.
