Scope of Services:

  • Provide creative direction, asset creation, and support for marketing efforts, including:

  • Campaign & event logos and visual theme

  • E-mail design and graphic components (banners, icons, graphs, stock photos …),
  • Social media posts
  • Website (simple) design, graphic components and UX (banners, icons, graphs, stock photos
  • Video editing (simple) & gif animation
  • Infographics
  • PowerPoint Templates

  • Print material: leaflet, posters etc.

  • Coordinate with brand managers and prepare bi-annual brand content calendar

  • Coordinate with Digital Manager for the content deployment in various platforms
  • Prepare Monthly reporting of KPIs per brand per channel
  • Coordinate with SFE/Brand Managers for "conversion step" of the digital engagement journey of select and identified HCPs

Deliverables:

  • Bi-annual content plan

  • Adhoc content (webinar invites, highlights for special events, etc)

  • All department brands

  • Monthly Reporting

  • Standard: Reached, Engaged, Converted customers

  • Developing Advocacy (in coordination with GBM) - e.g. among converted customers, how else can we drive continuous engagement with company brands?
  • Compliance to all required company policies and standards

Expectations:

  • Trained and Onboarded into the company platforms and systems
  • On-site at least 5x a week
