Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented HR Graphic Artist to support our Human Resources and internal communications teams. The ideal candidate will design visually engaging materials that communicate HR initiatives, company culture, and employee programs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design graphics for HR-related communications, including internal newsletters, emails, presentations, and social media posts.
  • Create visually appealing materials for recruitment campaigns, onboarding, and employee engagement programs.
  • Develop templates, infographics, and visual content to simplify complex HR information.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Assist in producing digital and print materials for events, training, and corporate announcements.
  • Maintain an organized library of HR visual assets and templates.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in an HR, corporate communications, or marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of HR processes or experience in HR-related projects is a plus.
