  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Typically requires at least 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or import/export roles.
  • Import Knowledge: Strong understanding of import procedures, customs clearance, shipping terms (Incoterms), and relevant international and local regulations.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong proficiency in English to deal with international partners.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and complex documentation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant procurement software.
