What You'll Do

  • Monitor material inventory and ensure timely availability for production.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Production teams to align supply with demand.
  • Assist in production scheduling and material requirement planning.
  • Prepare and analyze daily and weekly reports related to material flow and production output.
  • Support new product launches through accurate planning and coordination.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields — preferably from a top university.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing or operations environment.
