About the Role

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing multiple brands across various eCommerce platforms, with a particular emphasis on , Home , Zorro, , and Walmart. This individual will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that retail partners have updated content on their websites while also aligning promotional activities with the overall eCommerce sales strategy. In addition, they will optimize online content using SEO knowledge and interpret key eCommerce metrics to make data-driven decisions. For the Walmart account, this role will also focus on in-store items, utilizing Walmart's Retail Link and Supplier One systems for reporting, item setup, issue resolution, trend analysis, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand various eCommerce websites, including , Home , Zorro, , and Walmart's Retail Link and Supplier One systems.
  • Act as an account manager for eCommerce platforms, especially , Home , Zorro, , and Walmart (for both online and in-store items).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure retail partners have updated images, videos, and sales copy on their websites.
  • Assist in managing inventory demands to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure promotional calendars align with the overall eCommerce sales strategy.
  • Maintain a high level of proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Demonstrate a quick learning ability to adapt to changing business environments.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges and find solutions.
  • Apply SEO knowledge to optimize online content.
  • Understand and interpret key eCommerce metrics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Generate weekly reports using Walmart's Retail Link and Supplier One systems.
  • Handle item setup and issue resolution within Walmart's systems for in-store products.
  • Conduct trend analysis for Walmart in-store items.
  • Manage inventory within Walmart's Retail Link and Supplier One systems.

  • Effectively coordinate promotional activities to drive eCommerce sales growth.
  • Ensure inventory is managed efficiently to meet customer demand, including specific in-store inventory management for Walmart.
  • Provide accurate and updated content on retail partners' websites.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align promotional calendars with the eCommerce sales strategy.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze eCommerce metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize performance.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to address any issues or roadblocks that arise, especially those related to Walmart in-store operations.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in building a retail brand on the , Home , Zorro, and eCommerce platforms.
  • Proven experience working with Walmart's Retail Link and Supplier One systems for in-store item management, including weekly reporting, item setup, issue resolution, trend analysis, and inventory management.
  • Strong knowledge of A+ content marketing and inbound marketing tactics.
  • Ability to succeed in a quickly changing business environment.
  • Strong entrepreneurial skills and experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Thorough understanding of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Track record of results in setting strategy and running a large volume, high-profile retail brand within the , Home , Zorro, , and Walmart channels.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
