This role includes implementing and monitoring safety policies, managing security operations, overseeing building maintenance, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct daily safety, security, and environmental inspections.

Investigate incidents and report findings. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Support emergency response teams and act as Assistant Incident Commander during emergencies.

Manage contracts for services such as security, maintenance, and cleaning. Supervise facility operations to ensure they are fully functional and compliant. Coordinate maintenance and repair work and oversee facility budgets.

Provide designs, cost estimates, and project planning for facility improvements. Advise management on operational risks and improvements. RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringBOSH or COSH CertificationUp to 1-2 years of experience in safety officer/facilities management or equivalent related functions

Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, heating and air conditioning systems.Knowledge of OSHA and other environmental regulations

Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management

Knowledge of Design Applications e.g AutoCAD, SketchUp, SolidWorks, etc.Strong procurement and negotiation skills
