Reports to: Chief Financial Officer

Reporting: Monday to Saturday (8:00 am-5:00 pm)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join the finance team at Golden Richland Farm Corporation, a leading poultry dressing plant company located in San Mateo Isabela. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for performing clerical and administrative tasks including accurate financial record-keeping, data entry, and reconciliation of financial information.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation ensuring all transactions are properly recorded

  • Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, payroll, and other accounting documents

  • Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team

  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports

  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies to support the company's overall business objectives.

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, or a related field

  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping role

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet software

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic financial insights

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
