Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with their orders, providing product information and recommendations as needed.
  • Prepare and serve croissants and beverages to customers according to quality and presentation standards.
  • Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and organization of the whole store, including preparation area, equipment, trash disposal, and dining area.
  • Handle cash transactions with integrity, accuracy, and efficiency, following proper cash handling procedures.
  • Restock and replenish products and supplies as necessary to ensure products are readily available for customers.
  • Follow food safety guidelines and hygiene standards to ensure the safety of food preparation and handling.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide a positive and friendly interaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and contribute to a cohesive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Finished high school or any vocational graduate
  • At least two (2) year work experience in the same role, in the same capacity
  • Ability to multi-task and manage requests on a timely manner
  • With crowd management expertise
  • Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Quezon City, but also willing to be assigned to other branches in Metro Manila

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
