BIAN Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Lead the creation of coalesced views of business capabilities and technology capabilities
• Champion ideas which improve technology value delivery
• Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking and innovation for enterprise solutions (focus on customer impact/experience, responsive design, data management & analytics )
• Participate as appropriate with the opportunity assessment process used to evaluate new business opportunities new technologies
• Lead the architecture and enabling technologies strategy for core banking domain
• Extended knowledge and experience in in retail and corporate banking
• Experience in leading core banking transformation programmes
• Ability to define solution for enterprise and have a vision to do big bang, strangled modernisation and transformation
• Understanding of security and infrastructure patterns
• Understanding of APIs and Events patterns and ability to give directions for implementations
• Outstanding presentation skills to support strategy socialisation
• Senior Stakeholder Management Deliver deep industry insights to the Customer based on forward thinking of current industry trends and the likely disintermediation of current "rules of the game" by new entrants to the Retail industry
• Capable of establishing a trusted relationship with the business and be a liaison between business and IT folks
• Understand how technology, processes, people and data fit together in delivering business outcomes
• Understanding of regulatory framework for retail and corporate mapping
• Excellent problem resolution and people management skills
• Ability to meet governance forums requirements
• Define the target architectures, and the roadmaps and timescales for these architectures to ensure the most effective use of technology
• To take a lead role in the full life cycle delivery of the technical solutions for Business projects from initial concept, requirements gathering, specification, design, delivery, acceptance and in to operational support
• Understanding of BIAN capability Model
• Ability to identify service domains and create aligned bank capability model
• Understand BQs, CRs, Service domains and is able to identify and establish bank entities aligned to these components
• Ability to define BIAN Aligned API contracts
• Ability to define workflows for defining business processes describing service domains communication
• Ability to represent the bank in BIAN global forum
• Ability to feedback the gaps identified by the bank to contribute back to BIAN
• Able to understand Business Object Model and help map bank's data to Business Object Model (BOM)
• Experience in doing effort estimation, costing of deals and experience in being architect for multi million dollars deals
• Understanding enterprise banking capabilities, mapping of applications to capabilities
• Strong experience in setting up and chairing architecture governance forums
• Lead the architecture stream of a transformation programme from the front and be the face of it
• Extremely proactive and problem solving capabilities who can proactively find improvement ideas and propose to clients
• BIAN certified candidate is preferred
• Understanding of Event Driven Architecture

BIAN Business Analyst

• Understanding of BIAN Service Domains, Behavior Qualifiers and Control Record
• Ability to create service domain interactions in workflow
• Process Modelling
• Data Mapping / Business Object Model
• Experience in creating Logical data model
• Ability tun workshops with senior stakeholders to identify gaps
• Ability to create business capability model
• Extremely proactive and problem solving capabilities who can proactively find improvement ideas and propose to clients
• BIAN certified candidate is preferred
• Ability to define Swaggers for API contracts
• Ability to analyse business processes and identify AP interactions and API interactions
• Conduct and lead requirements gathering sessions & identify gaps amongst existing product and client requirements and suggest possible solutions.
• Analyze all business requirements and provide detailed specifications.
• Good knowledge of one or more of the Retail Products like CASA Accounts, Fixed Deposit, Islamic banking products, Credit Cards etc
• Ability to define and explain end-to-end processes via User Journeys.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php100,000.00 per month
