Business Architect Opportunity

As a key member of our organization, we are seeking an accomplished Business Architect to lead the development of coalesced views of business capabilities and technology capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic roadmaps for business solutions that align with enterprise goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to champion innovative ideas that enhance technology value delivery.
  • Drive out-of-the-box thinking to create customer-centric solutions focused on responsive design, data management, and analytics.
  • Participate in opportunity assessment processes to evaluate new business opportunities and technologies.
  • Lead architecture and enabling technologies strategies for core banking domains.
  • Expand knowledge and experience in retail and corporate banking sectors.
  • Proven expertise in leading core banking transformation programs.
  • Define comprehensive solutions for enterprises with a vision for big bang transformations.
  • Understand security and infrastructure patterns to ensure robust systems.
  • Provide direction on APIs and event patterns, guiding implementation.
  • Deliver exceptional presentation skills to support strategy socialization.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, providing deep industry insights based on forward-thinking analysis.
  • Establish trusted relationships between business and IT teams.
  • Understand how technology, processes, people, and data interconnect to deliver business outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory frameworks for retail and corporate banking.
  • Excel at problem resolution and people management.
  • Ensure governance forum requirements are met.
  • Define target architectures, roadmaps, and timescales for effective technology use.
  • Oversee the full life cycle of technical solutions from concept to delivery.
  • Understand BIAN capability models and their application.
  • Identify service domains and create aligned bank capability models.
  • Map bank entities according to BQs, CRs, and service domains.
  • Define BIAN-aligned API contracts and workflows for business processes.
  • Represent the bank in the BIAN global forum and contribute to its growth.
  • Map bank data to the Business Object Model (BOM).
  • Experience in effort estimation, deal costing, and architecture for large-scale projects.
  • Understand enterprise banking capabilities and mapping of applications to capabilities.
  • Expertise in setting up and chairing architecture governance forums.
  • Lead the architecture stream of a transformation program and serve as its face.
  • Offer proactive problem-solving with ideas to improve client experiences.
