About the role

The Philippine Football Federation is seeking a dedicated Training Hall Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art training facilities in Pasig City, Metro Manila. Your role will be integral in supporting our national teams and developing the next generation of Filipino football talent.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the efficient scheduling and utilisation of our training halls, ensuring all sessions and activities run seamlessly
  • Liaise with coaches, athletes, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for training
  • Coordinate the setup and breakdown of equipment and facilities before and after training sessions
  • Ensure the training halls are well-maintained, clean, and safe for all users
  • Support the logistical arrangements for events, tournaments, and other football activities hosted at our facilities
  • Monitor and report on the usage and condition of the training equipment and infrastructure
  • Assist with the implementation of health and safety protocols to provide a secure training environment

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar coordination or facilities management role, preferably within a sports or recreational setting
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Familiarity with the operations and maintenance of sports equipment and facilities
  • A passion for football and a desire to contribute to the development of the sport in the Philippines
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to support training schedules
