Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Services Representative based in Angeles. The Account Services Representative will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing top-notch customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues. The role involves regular communication with clients to identify and meet their needs, upselling services by demonstrating BCRemit's advantages over competitors, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth account management and customer satisfaction.   • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or account management
  • Ability to identify customer needs and effectively upsell products or services
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to highlight BCRemit's competitive edge
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is a plus but not required
