About this role…

The role is responsible for managing the full cycle of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:

* Process all invoices and expense reports in a timely manner.

* Verify approval on all invoices and check requests.

* Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.

* Handle queries related to accounts payable and respond in a timely manner.

* Reconcile accounts payable transactions.

* Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.

* Setup new Vendor Accounts

* Any changes on Vendor Accounts are required approval

Accounts Receivable:

* Generate and send out invoices, including uploading onto Track.

* Follow up on, collect, and allocate payments.

* Conduct account reconciliations as needed.

* Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and other irregularities.

* Investigate and resolve customer queries.

* Maintain customer accounts and ensure data integrity.

* Prepare accounts receivable reports and summaries.

* Assist with month-end closing activities.

Qualifications / Skills:

* 3-4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, covering both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.

* Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial transaction processes.

* Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications.

* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

* Good communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
