RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage IT security incident handling and coordinate response efforts.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with security policies
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies related to IT security, propose improvements, and implement necessary changes and adjustments.
  • Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure for overseas offices.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to closure
  • Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostic, or technical support procedures.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with global stakeholders across departments and regions
  • Provides physical or remote support to all system users and escalates issues to a higher level of support when needed.
  • Manage and monitor incidents and requests throughout their lifecycle in the form of IT Tickets.
  • Recognize solutions, document procedures, and maintain knowledge database content up to date.
  • Observe Excellent Customer Service etiquette in handling user's inquiries and request.
  • To provide training and guidance to Junior IT Engineers

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of BS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, and Information Technology.
  • With 5–10 years of experience in IT roles, focusing on IT Security, and proficient in Network and Server Administration as well as AWS computing.
  • Knowledge of ISMS and ISO/IEC 27001 is considered a plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in vulnerability intelligence gathering and executing coordinated incident response operations.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, with the ability to propose innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement in security operations.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management principles, ITIL certification is a plus, but not required.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft 365 administration like Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure Active Directory.
