Job Objective

The role is responsible for land acquisition planning, project development, community relations, land records, ROW, and land data management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years experience in Land Acquisition, ROW, Community Relations, and Land data management.
  • Experience in Land acts, legislations, programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is an advantage.
  • Excellent Communication skills.Willing to travel.
  • Willing to accept a Project-based status.
  • Willing to be assigned in Nueva Ecija.
