Job Description:

  1. Diagnose and repair hotel electronic devices such as TVs, control panels, RFID locksets, security systems, CCTVs and other low-voltage equipment.

  2. Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on desktop computers, printers, POS terminals, Wi-Fi routers, and related hardware.

  3. Collaborate with the other deparments to resolve connectivity or system issues impacting operations or guest services.

  4. Maintain inventory of electronic spare parts, tools, and equipment.

  5. Responding promptly and efficiently to emergency repair requests.

  6. Maintaining required records, including daily logs, maintenance history, inspection reports, and service documentation.

  7. Assisting guests with queries and communicating effectively with them.

  8. Performing other duties of a similar nature or level as required.

Requirements:

● At least 2 years of experience in hotel maintenance, electronics repair, or IT support.

● TESDA or relevant technical certification in Electronics, Computer Systems Servicing, or a related field is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
