The NiSRP programme structure is comprised of workstreams, Programme Management Office, Time Administration, Finance, Pay & Reimbursement, Change Management, Systems Implementation and Staff Records.

The Grade VIII, National Integrated Staff Records & Pay Programme, will have key working relationships with the relevant workstream leads and colleagues on the Programme, operational managers in the relevant shared services and line managers at the service level in addition to external stakeholders.
