  • Financial Oversight: Prepares financial reports, manages the budget, and aims to maximize shareholder returns.
  • Marketing & Promotions: Develops and implements marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract customers.
  • Staff Management: Manages and directs mall staff, ensuring they perform their daily tasks effectively.
  • Customer Service: Works to provide an excellent customer experience to encourage repeat patronage.
