Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to work onsite, have their own device, and be proficient in QuickBooks. While CPA certification is not required, it will be considered an advantage. The role requires speed and accuracy in issuing receipts and preparing financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Issue receipts promptly and ensure proper documentation.
  • Prepare financial statements efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage bookkeeping and accounting entries using QuickBooks.
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare regular reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax documents and compliance reports.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA license is an advantage but not required.
  • Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must have own device (laptop or desktop) for work.
  • Willing to work onsite.
