Duties & Responsibilities:

Develops and implements and monitors audit plans and strategic objectives in collaboration with the Audit Team

  • Conducts independent financial, and special audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and adherence to accounting standards and regulations
  • Identifies and evaluates potential risks and develops strategies to mitigate them in the day-to-day business operations, strategic management, policy setting and oversight function
  • Supervises and mentors Audit Staff, ensuring that audit objectives are met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
  • Minimum 4 years of progressive audit experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Proven experience in planning, executing, and reporting on financial audits
  • Willing to be assigned in Eastwood, Quezon City.
