Salary: PHP 30,000 – 35,000


Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Officer / Store Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our Cebu City branch. The main focus of this role is driving brand awareness, creating engaging content, increasing sales through digital channels, and building strong relationships with customers and partners. While store management is part of the role, marketing is the priority.


Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Brand Development:

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies to boost product visibility and sales
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms (TikTok) including videos, reels, and posts that resonate with the target audience
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, in-store events, and launches to attract customers
  • Collaborate with wholesalers and partners to grow brand reach and credibility
  • Explore creative marketing tactics, including viral campaigns, contests, and interactive content

Store Management (Supporting Role):

  • Oversee daily store operations and supervise the existing operations team to ensure tasks are executed efficiently
  • Manage employee training programs to improve customer service and overall team performance
  • Ensure staff deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards

Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing, social media management, or digital content creation
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, digital marketing tools, and analytics
  • Skilled in customer service and driving sales
  • Creative, innovative, and results-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and balance marketing with store support responsibilities
