We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our Gadget & Electronics Store team. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting shoppers with gadget inquiries, and ensuring an outstanding retail experience. The Sales Associate will help customers find the right devices while supporting daily store operations and contributing to sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in choosing gadgets, accessories, and electronic devices based on their needs
  • Provide clear explanations of product features, pricing, and specifications
  • Demonstrate devices when applicable (phones, laptops, accessories, etc.)
  • Maintain organized product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked
  • Perform cashiering duties when needed (POS transactions)
  • Upsell and cross-sell related products
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally
  • Monitor inventory levels and report restocking needs
  • Participate in store promotions and marketing activities
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness within the store at all times

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate (required); College Level/Graduate preferred
  • Experience in retail, electronics, or customer service is an advantage
  • Knowledge or interest in gadgets, electronics, and current tech trends
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident in communicating with customers
  • Sales-driven mindset with ability to upsell and meet targets
  • Basic knowledge of POS/cashiering procedures is an advantage
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
  • Honest, reliable, and a strong team player

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php540.00 per day
