
Student Services Officer

Work Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties (maintaining databases, issuing official university letters, etc.)
- Offering support in preparation for and throughout the registration process
- Delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction through seamless administration, excellent customer service, and effective communication
- Work collaboratively with (international) partners, executing regulations and schedules
- Monitor students performance and attendance in their program
- Organise timetables and schedules
- Manage teaching modules materials online and offline / information management Work effectively with a diverse range of service providers and colleagues
- Guiding students in their questions regarding the BSBI policies and procedures.
- Answering phone calls from students and providing assistance as needed.
- Performing other administrative duties as requested by the manager.
- Analysing satisfaction surveys
Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative tasks and customer service.
- Proven ability to handle day-to-day administrative duties and support customers effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data entry, and basic data analysis.
- Completed higher education A university degree or equivalent qualification is required.
- Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work accurately, follow through on tasks, and meet deadlines with a focus on quality outcomes.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Collaborative attitude and effective communication within a team environment.
