Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Must have minimum 5+ years of experience as Fullstack Java Developer.
  • Must have minimum 5+ years of experience in Java-based application development, ideally in enterprise or banking environments.
  • Must have minimum 3 years of experience in technical leadership role (leading small teams or projects related to fullstack development in Java)
  • Must have minimum 5 years of experience in Java (8 or higher) with strong command of core Java features and multithreading.
  • Must have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
  • Must have minimum 5 years of experience in building RESTful APIs, microservices.
  • Must have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Security, Data JPA)
  • Must have minimum 5 years of experience in Maven/Gradle for managing dependencies and builds
  • Must have minimum 5 years of experience in Hibernate / JPA – ORM integration for database operations
  • Must have minimum 5 years of experience in Angular (v12+) or
  • Must have minimum 5 years of experience in HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Must have solid years of experience in PostgreSQL or Oracle DB for query writing, performance tuning
  • Must have minimum 5 years of experience in tools like Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI.
  • Must have experience in Agile Methodology (Scrum or SAFe).
  • Must have experience in JIRA / Confluence for issue tracking and documentation.
  • Must have experience in Unit Testing using JUnit or Mockito.
  • Must have experience in OAuth2/JWT, Spring Security for authentication.
  • Must have experience in Version Control like Git (Bitbucket or GitLab preferred)

Job Description

  • Lead design and architecture of fullstack Java applications: backend services (Java/Spring Boot), frontend (Angular/React), integrations and APIs
  • Oversee code quality through reviews, enforce coding standards and ensure test coverage
  • Mentor and guide junior developers; foster knowledge sharing and technical growth within the team
  • Participate in and lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retros, etc.)
  • Work closely with business analysts, QA, operations and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Manage feature delivery timelines, resolve technical blockers, and interface with stakeholders
  • Assist with deployment planning and production support during releases
  • Ensure application performance, stability, and troubleshoot issues quickly especially during post‑deployment or downtime
