Management Assistant for Expansion

- Reports to the Expansion Manager as the tasks needed.
- Receiving signed contracts and annexes from ES.
- Consolidating of contract of lease (reviewing the lacking documents).
- Forwarding signed contract to CFO for signature.
- Scanning and filing of all documents (contracts, annexes, Business Permit, COR, etc.,).
- Sending COR to printer for the application of ATP.
- Sending COR 2303 to IT.
- Applying for DOLE Registry.
- Receive billing from all contractors and suppliers.
- Preparation of purchase order for DP and progress billing and have it signed by the CoM and EM.
- Transmittal of the billing from contractor and supplier to accounting.
- Giving the AP Vouchers with the respective EM for their signature.
- Informing contractors and supplier for the available checks for collection.
- Requesting the advance rental and security deposit to accounting.
- Giving the available contracts to accounting.
- Follow up the status of the cheque.
- Getting cheques from Accounting and give it to ES.
- Transmittal of available permits to Area Managers.
- Releasing of Alarm to Contractors and Area Manager.
- Apply and monitor Manual Books (Sales and Purchase).
- Updating Master list and CF2.
- Giving the acknowledgement letter to Document Assistant.
- Assisting EM, CoM and ES.
- Assisting monthly expansion meeting.
- Requesting office supplies for the expansion team.
- Fill up some details for the Agenda of Meetings (CM, AM and RT).
- Business Permit Monitoring.
- Prepare and Submit some reports needed by RM.
- Monitor store count and opening.
- Assisting and answering lessor's concern.
- Assist contractor accreditation.
- Requesting for Secretary's Certificate.
- Sending site referral email to assigned ES.
- Contractor Agreement Contract Preparation.
- Releasing of available cheques of lessors and contractors.
- Applying self-monitoring report for LLSA compliance.
- Applying LLDA clearance and discharge permit for every store.
- Monitoring and reporting of sales sites, construction cost, award notices.
- Applying of SI/CR to LDU by submitting COR.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php32,000.00 per month
