The Sales Manager is responsible for the sales of a business' products or services in a specified region or geographical area, provides ongoing support to produce product and/or service, and efficiently manages the sales team in specified areas.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal
- Manages a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
- Forecasts annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals
- Assists sales personnel in their techniques
- Develops specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
- Identifies hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
- Analyzes regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Participates in decisions for expansion or acquisition
Qualifications (Competencies and Skill set required):
● Strong business sense and industry expertise
● Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Willing to travel
● At least 5 years of experience in Sales Industry
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
