Job Summary:
As an Account Opening Approval Hub Associate in Wealth Management Client Operations, you will review client onboarding requirements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. You will act as a subject matter expert, partner with key stakeholders, and serve as a control point for account opening approvals. In this role, you will maintain high standards of data integrity, adapt to regulatory changes, and contribute to a positive client experience. You will have the opportunity to influence processes and drive continuous improvement within the team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on client account onboarding requirements and documentation
  • Partner with business stakeholders and internal teams to review legal documents and ensure compliance
  • Review data integrity for client due diligence and coordinate with stakeholders
  • Act as a control point for account opening approvals and report issues as needed
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while meeting productivity goals
  • Adapt to regulatory changes and support process improvements
  • Influence and drive continuous improvement within the team
  • Ensure compliance with risk management and control frameworks
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Deliver superior client service and solutions
  • Support a positive and collaborative team environment

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent military experience
  • Eight years of progressive experience in financial services, operations, or compliance with leadership responsibilities
  • Three years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong operational acumen with a track record of process improvements and innovation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Deep understanding of risk management and control frameworks
  • Client-centric mindset with a passion for service excellence
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Adaptability and resilience in navigating change
  • Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results

  • Shift Schedule: Night Shift
  • Work Setup: Full Time Onsite
