Kitchen Supervisor (BOH Shift Supervisor) oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, staff management, customer satisfaction, training, and inventory supervision.

Job Scope:

  • Supervise food preparation and ensure all dishes meet quality and presentation standards.
  • Ensure all recipes and portion controls are followed to maintain consistency.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff to enhance productivity and teamwork.
  • Assign tasks and ensure all team members understand their roles.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchases, and food costs.
  • Report kitchen performance, challenges, and improvements to management.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS HRM or any equivalent course
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Shift Supervisor, Product Quality Manager or similar role in any restaurant
  • Knowledgeable in People Management, Shift Management and Inventory Management
  • Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Amenable to work in_ BGC, MOA_ or Alabang Town Center
