JOB OVERVIEW

The Service Lifecycle Senior Specialist ensures consistent application of the IT service lifecycle framework across the client's technology portfolio. Working with the Service Portfolio Management Lead and Senior Lifecycle Manager, the role oversees services from design to retirement, embedding governance, tracking lifecycle progress, and integrating data into strategic planning. This position enhances service quality, governance integrity, and value realization across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support IT service lifecycle management, including service catalog and portfolio governance.
  • Partner with service owners and product managers to ensure services are properly defined, cataloged, and tracked throughout their lifecycle.
  • Manage service health assessments, KPIs, and performance dashboards to ensure continual improvement.
  • Maintain and enhance service documentation, templates, and governance frameworks (ITIL-based).
  • Collaborate across global teams to integrate lifecycle data from various systems (ServiceNow, SMAX, SAP, Coupa, etc.).
  • Provide insights and reports through tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint.

What We're Looking For

  • Expertise in ITIL Service Lifecycle Management including but not limited to ITIL Service Catalog Management (SCM) and ITIL Service Portfolio Management
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and end-to-end service lifecycle processes.
  • Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, SMAX, or equivalent).
  • Skilled in data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in process improvement initiatives.
  • Candidates must be comfortable working a night shift schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php150,000.00 per month
