Job Description As an Alternative Payments Operations Lifecycle Spec IV in our AP Operations team, you will provide comprehensive operations support across multiple Alternative Payments Schemes utilizing existing payment operational framework and through the development of new technology and operational functions to streamline processes. You will support new digital payment products which are in early stages of development to ensure business processes and eventual issues are properly managed from an operational standpoint since new product inception until scalable size of operation. You will also carry out daily operational tasks to ensure optimal performance, which will be assessed through key indicators, data analytics, reporting, and other operational controls. Job Responsibilities Analyze requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, and JP Morgan Operations Standards Identify, resolve, or accelerate procedural issues or operational errors that may arise during payments monitoring including upholding compliance and risk standards Detect and mitigate potential fraud threats to protect the institution Contribute to process optimization initiatives to improve quality and customer experience Work with stakeholders and project teams to establish requirements for Alternative Payments support products Partner with internal departments to scale operating model for new growth initiatives attracting new clients and growing existing client base Develop subject matter expertise of new products, business processes and application flows to manage changes, issues and support needs Collaborate with Product Management, Operations Monitoring, Incident Management Teams, Project Managers and IT teams Interface with other operations departments to research and resolve inquiries including escalated matters Apply innovation, product knowledge, and artificial intelligence to identify opportunities to improve payment lifecycle processes Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Intermediate knowledge of global payment processing operations or similar operations, understanding of standard operating procedures and customer‑specific instructions Strong execution and task management skills, with effective time management to ensure timely and accurate completion of work Proven decision‑making and problem‑solving ability using critical and analytical thinking in moderately complex situations Proficiency in data analysis techniques with ability to interpret and communicate data effectively Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence, growth mindset, and resilience to collaborate productively with diverse teams Collaborative spirit with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to influence outcomes and drive continuous improvement in payment processing Intermediate computer, software, and technical skills, including data entry and typing Foundational understanding of cybersecurity controls and anti‑fraud strategies Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills Experience in Payments, Cash, Treasury Operations dealing with operational process, controls and problem solving Experience in global payments, accounting, and money movement processes About Us JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
