As a CRM Specialist, you'll help design and manage the automated communications that power Muvr's customer, provider, and partner lifecycles — ensuring that every message, trigger, and campaign improves retention, satisfaction, and operational performance.

Role Overview

The CRM Specialist plays a critical role in scaling Muvr's engagement and retention strategy. You'll own the setup, automation, and analysis of lifecycle campaigns across channels (email, SMS, push, and in-app).

This role blends marketing automation, customer experience strategy, and data-driven optimization to improve conversion, reduce churn, and support key operations (bookings, cancellations, reactivations, referrals, and NPS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage multi-channel lifecycle campaigns using CRM tools such as , HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Create and optimize automated journeys for customers, providers, and partners — including onboarding, reactivation, and retention.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to design real-time, personalized communications.
  • Work with Data and Engineering teams to manage segmentation, triggers, and CRM integrations.
  • Monitor CRM performance metrics and use insights to improve engagement, deliverability, and retention.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity across all campaigns and customer segments.
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance to manage opt-ins and maintain GDPR/CCPA standards.
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Marketing Automation.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like , HubSpot, Braze, Klaviyo, or Iterable.
  • Proficient with segmentation, event triggers, and dynamic personalization.
  • Understanding of API integrations, data flows, and automation logic.
  • Analytical mindset; strong with Excel/Sheets, SQL, or BI dashboards.
  • Experience building and testing email/SMS templates (HTML or drag-and-drop editors).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred:
  • Experience with marketplace or logistics platforms (Uber, DoorDash, Instacart, etc.).
  • Familiarity with multi-sided CRM ecosystems (customers, providers, partners).
  • Understanding of AI/ML personalization, retention modeling, or GPT-based automation.
  • Experience in policy-driven communication environments (refunds, compliance, trust & safety).
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript or JSON for dynamic content blocks.
