Job Objective

To lead and manage the entire supply chain operations of the company—including post-harvest handling, warehouse and inventory management, logistics, and procurement—ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company standards and government regulations. This role is critical in maintaining product quality, ensuring timely distribution, and supporting overall business growth.

Work and professional experience required

  • Strong background in Supply Chain Management covering end-to-end processes: procurement, warehousing, inventory management, logistics, and post-harvest operations.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing supply chain optimization and cost-control strategies.
  • Knowledgeable in agribusiness, fresh produce handling, cold storage, and distribution networks.
  • Familiarity with import/export regulations and customs compliance is an advantage.
  • Proven track record in vendor management and contract negotiations.

Primary Responsibilities / Duties

  • Oversee the
    post-harvest handling
    process to maintain quality and minimize losses.
  • Manage
    warehouse and inventory
    operations, ensuring proper storage, accurate records, and efficient replenishment systems.
  • Lead the company's
    logistics and distribution
    network, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective transport solutions.
  • Supervise
    procurement activities
    , including supplier selection, price negotiation, and contract management.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support business growth and market expansion.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor supply chain performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain operations with business goals.
  • Lead process improvements and digitalization efforts in supply chain management.

What Skills or required certifications or licenses are needed?

  • Strong background in supply chain systems and ERP/WMS software.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory control systems and logistics optimization.
  • Certifications such as
    CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional)
    ,
    CPIM
    , or equivalent are an advantage.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Educational Background required

Graduate of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Agriculture, or related course.
