Responsible for:

· Supporting supply chain requirements through proper production planning and scheduling.

· Ensure efficient and timely production of services, within budget and to industry standard

· Plan, organize and control the commissary needs while overseeing staffing requirements and will streamline processes for operational effectiveness

Duties and Responsibilities:

a. Establish departmental procedures which enhance the production rate, efficiency and product quality of the commissary.

b. Ensure hygienic production practices are implemented to protect product quality.

c. Implement, oversee and control the production schedule.

d. Supervise, review and revise crew scheduling, if required.

e. Oversee and review time and attendance of staff, as well as leave approvals.

f. Monitor and regulate staffing needs to ensure optimum staffing levels are supporting business demands.

g. Assist in the hiring of production staff to support operation needs.

h. Analyze production, quality control and budgetary outcome of trials and modifications.

i. Oversee consumable and equipment stock and tracking programs for increased financial effectiveness.

j. Implement cost control programs and procedures.

k. Regularly submits required reports to concerned departments.

l. Support management programs and initiatives i.e., Key Process Indicators (KPI)

· Attendance and Employee Conduct

· Safety and Security

· Housekeeping
