Collections Systems, MI Reporting, Policies & Strategies, Training, Quality Control, and Back Office Operations

Qualifications:

  • 8–13 years in collections data analysis, with 3+ years in a managerial role
  • Advanced skills in MS Office; knowledge of SAS, SQL, VB, Sybase, and call center tech preferred
  • Experience with automated collections systems (e.g., Cardlink, CACS) and predictive dialers
  • Strong understanding of credit card business and performance metrics
