A Day in a Life...

The Web and Search Coordinator - Japanese Bilingual will join a broader team focusing on website and search services. This role serves as the main interface between Nestlé Markets/Businesses and Nestlé Global Website and Search Services. The coordinator will ensure timely assignment of tickets to available resources, respond to market queries, conduct quality assurance checks on web content tasks, schedule meetings, prepare reports, and document related issues or queries.

  • Ticket Management: Ensure timely assignment of tickets to available resources.
  • Market Queries: Respond to queries from the Japanese market via Teams chat and e-mail.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks on all web content tasks before delivery.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings.
  • Reporting: Prepare and send reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
  • Documentation: Document related issues or queries, process documents, and presentations.
What will make you successful...
  • At least 1 year of Web Content Quality Assurance experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in a multinational/multicultural environment.
  • Proficient in Japanese and English skills: writing, reading, speaking.
  • Ability to work with ticketing and workflow tools.
  • Highly proactive, motivated, and innovative, with a willingness to share knowledge with peers.
  • Team-oriented mentality with empathy, enthusiasm, ownership, responsibility, adaptability, balance, and resilience.
  • Meeting deliverable requirements, service level measures, and specific targets.
  • Good communication skills with excellent response times.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools (Sharepoint and JIRA).
