On site Validation thru walk test, drive test and drive less coverage analysis thru the use of different customer and crowdsourcing tools. Effectiveness in Handling and Permanent Resolution of Customer Complaints. Perform as a Special Events Support in BFT, Optimization and drive test.

As Events assurance, he/she is responsible for solutioning of radio access for special events including but not limited to client sponsored or national events which requires augmentation to cater to capacity demand. Monitor user experience during special events and performs service testing to ensure that client services are operational. Able to perform capacity dimensioning and nominate expansion plans to ensure usability of the network during the event.

Network-wide Service Testing. Must be able to perform an advance service test. Can do Report Generation and other related reports.

Monitoring of the frequency allocated by National Telecommunications Commission (NTC). Conducts site scanning to identify sites that are experiencing interference from entities illegally using frequencies allocated by the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) for the telecommunications company. Responsible for Tracking / locating the source of interference affecting the assigned Frequency.

Monitors the effect of interference to the Network and improvement upon shutoff / shutdown of the identified source of interference. Monitoring of Special Events for external interference i.e. RFID, frequency jammers, etc. Conduct device capability testing to check and verify technical specifications of User Equipment / Devices.

Site Acceptance for telecom and CME works via Vendor Tools. Has a background in processing the Log files collected data using post processing tool. Prepared reports of the conducted on-site field survey, walk test and drive tests.

Checked for network related performance issues in the received data and identify the cause for performance drop and solve the issue to restore the site performance. Checking and monitoring of signal strength and quality of the customers area and KPI's using Huawei Software. New site nomination/upcoming upgrade reports creation.

RF Scanning and Tracking and prepared reports of eliminated interference. Monitoring of the upcoming site and upcoming expansion of the serving site within the event area. Has Strong Background in Site Optimization and IBS Support.

Conduct Joint Testing with NTC Inspection for Illegal Booster and RFID.Has Background in Device TA.Knowledgeable in Test Sim Management. Job Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering/Electronics Communication engineering (Preferred), Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in handling and resolving customer complaints, particularly in the telecommunications sector.

Experience with on-site validation through walk tests, drive tests, and drive-less. Demonstrated effectiveness in managing and permanently resolving customer complaints. Proficiency in capacity dimensioning and recommending expansion plans.

Strong reporting skills, including generating detailed reports and other necessary documentation. Familiarity with frequency monitoring allocated by regulatory bodies (e.g., National Telecommunications Commission). Experience in site scanning and interference detection, including tracking and resolving sources of interference.

Ability to conduct device capability testing to verify technical specifications of user equipment. Knowledge of monitoring signal strength and quality using Huawei software. Previous experience working with a telecommunications provider or network service company.
