What you'll be doing
- Greeting and assisting visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Maintaining and organising filing systems, both physical and digital
- Providing general clerical support, including photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Ordering and restocking office supplies as needed
- Supporting with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using common office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Flexibility and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks
