Overview We're Hiring: Outbound Sales Agent We are currently on the lookout for a Outbound Sales Agent to join our team at Cloudstaff, the #1 workplace everywhere Details Role : Outbound Sales Agent Work Arrangement : Work from Office Location : Philippines - Angeles (Pampanga) / Ortigas Schedule : Night Shift Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls and send emails to identify, qualify, and connect with potential clients Build relationships with prospects and initiate meaningful sales conversations Generate new business opportunities through online research, social media, and other platforms Provide accurate sales support, including draft quotes, take-offs, and pricing estimates Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals and coordinate follow-ups Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information, client interactions, and sales pipeline data Support the cleansing and maintenance of CRM data to ensure accuracy and usability Assist in contract discussions or negotiations as needed Stay informed about industry trends and contribute to continuous improvement Qualifications and requirements Qualification and requirements (Non-negotiable): Minimum of 2 years’ experience in outbound sales, customer support, or sales coordination (B2B/B2C) Proven ability to prospect leads and initiate sales conversations independently Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is required Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Google Workspace) Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment Willing to work onsite during night shift hours #J-18808-Ljbffr
